Option 1 Permanent Employment
Your employment will be subject to a three month probationary period during which your employment will be reviewed. At the end of that period if you have not made satisfactory progress you will be informed of that situation and subject to a further two month review period. If you still have not made satisfactory progress your employment will be terminated with one month's notice.


Option 2 Fixed Term
You will be employed for a fixed period of 11 months. This is of course variable by agreement of the parties but unless variation is made to the contract it will expire without further action by the parties at the end of the period.

This offer of employment is subject to:
· The Company receiving satisfactory references from your previous employment;
· A satisfactory criminal record check:
and
· Our being advised by our Company medical advisor that you are sufficiently healthy to perform your prospective job for the foreseeable future. I enclose a medical questionnaire form and would be grateful if you would return it to the Company medical advisor as soon as possible. Depending on the answers in the questionnaire it may be necessary to ask you to attend for a medical examination.

I will write to you informing you when those checks are complete. In the meantime I would recommend you take no action concerning your existing employment until this offer has been confirmed.


The principal terms and conditions of the employment contract are set out in the Service Agreement attached.

I enclose two copies of your Service Agreement. Please sign and date both copies and return them to me for signature on behalf of the Company; a copy will then be returned to you for retention.
